Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

• returns;

• exchanges;

• cancellations once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details before purchase.

Pickyglam Couture is not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements or body changes after the order is placed.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. Pickyglam Couture is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for review.

Approved claims will be handled individually.
